Melissa Says: These strips were very similar to the others I recently reviewed by Nair, except that the wax did not seem to remove hair quite as well. On the other hand, they didn't seem to hurt as much. However, I don't know how much good that will do you if you have to go over areas more than once and then get sore and irritated skin anyway. They recommend not using on hair less than 1/4" long, and let me assure you that if you aren't patient enough to let your hair grow that long on your legs, this won't be working for you.

Review: Sally Hansen JUST FEET Spa Foot Mask
What They Say: "Restore! Intensive revitalizing treatment comforts, soothes & restores tired feet.
* French Lavender & Tea Tree Oil gently soothe and hydrate tired feet.
* Feet feel rejuvenated & refreshed."
Melissa Says: Oh, boy. This one did not impress me in the least. The smell was a bit much, and not all that pleasant; the formula felt thin and unsubstantial while applying; and it dried quickly to a strange powdery texture. Afterward, I felt no added softness, but instead my feet looked somewhat dry and still had a powdery feel. Basically, I didn't get anything out of it except a scent that wouldn't leave for a while. Meh.

Melissa Says: I'm not one who likes to keep long nails, but I do hate when nail color starts to recede from the tips just a couple of days after application, so I wanted to give this stuff a try and see if it really was tough and helped to keep nails strong. I am happy to say that this formula is strong and lasts several days (for me about a week) with great shine and no chipping. I tried this is Sheer Beige Gloss for a super long-lasting natural look and have been very happy with it.

Review: NEW Sally Hansen Salon Nail Lacquer
What They Say: "Toluene-free, DPB-free and free from added formaldehyde, and delivering the ultimate shine and color of a long-lasting professional manicure. Patented formula builds stronger nails with keratin and minerals, and contains natural marine pearl, conditioning rice bran and marine botanicals. Custom bottle with comfort-grip cap and exclusive brush assure the smoothest, flawless application. 24 shades bring runway color to a mass audience - colors that appeal to a wide range of women and lifestyles."
Melissa's DeLush Downlow: This new formula from Sally Hansen delivered nice enough shine, but I felt like it didn't apply as smoothly as it could have and was more prone to brush marks than some of their other colors. It did stay on well, without showing chipping or wearoff on the tips for about 3-4 days. An acceptable nail color, though not my favorite. But if you're very sensitive to chemical smells in many polishes, this could be an additional option for you.

Review: Sally Hansen Beyond Perfect Collagen Lip Lift
What They Say: "Beyond Perfect Collagen Lip Lift is a non-surgical alternative to beautiful lips. This advanced nourishing lip treatment with Shea Butter, Collagen, French Lavender and Orchid super-moisturizes and plumps lips. With use, lips are smoother, fuller, incredibly soft and more youthful. The appearance of fine, dry lines are diminished. As a lipstick base, it locks on color. As used alone, it plumps lips and fills in lines. Available in 5 beautiful, sheer shades. Beyond Perfect Protein Nail Color is available in coordinating shades."
Jen's Experience: After trying Sally Hansen's Beyond Perfect Nail Colors, I thought this would be a slam dunk. Then again, Sally Hansen is all about the nail color, and much less into lips. And that becomes clear with this product. As a lipstick, it's okay. The color I chose (Spa Sandalwood) is good. The texture is a little thick, but since the goal is reducing lines and wrinkles, that's acceptable. Except that it doesn't work for that. Or as a lip plumper. It's just a mediocre lipstick that doesn't even last that long. Color me disappointed.

DeLush Drugstore Favorites Week: Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Topcoat
Melissa's DeLush Downlow: This is my ultimate favorite topcoat - not just for the fact that it helps keep this *ahem* shall we say, clumsy? girl from ruining her nails by making them dry in a snap, but ALSO because the smooth shine it leaves behind is so pretty. Really, this is worth every single little penny. Fortunately, you don't have to save a lot of pennies to get it! This finshes off every home manicure of mine fabulously.
